ABOUT US

Mostly Dough Mobile Pizza specializes in Neo-Neopolitan style pizza. We hand stretch our mozzarella,
make all of our sauces with fresh market ingredients, and prepare the dough using a 24-hour fermentation process. We use a mobile pizza oven that burns wood and gas to cook pizzas at 800+ degrees. Our pizzas are ready in approximately 90 seconds, hot and steaming, with a chewy, flavorful, and crispy crust.
